Ostrava Airport
Multimodal Park

Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park is one of our largest and most ambitious projects, with completion planned for 2028. It is located in the Mošnov industrial zone, near Leoš Janáček International Airport, with direct access to the D1 and D48 motorways as well as the railway network. The development is being carried out in three phases, with a total investment of approximately EUR 530 million. The park will offer over 530,000 m² of space dedicated to warehousing, logistics, and light manufacturing. We currently hold permits for 87,000 m², with a total development potential of up to 156,000 m². The total land bank covers 290,000 m². A separate phase of the project included the construction of a state-of-the-art rail container terminal connected to major European and Asian logistics corridors. The entire park is designed with a strong focus on multimodal transport, low energy consumption, and long-term sustainability.

Park Nošovice

Park Nošovice is a modern logistics park with a total area of 63,000 m², developed from land acquisition through construction to a successful exit in 2023, when the project was sold to the investment group EQT Exeter. Construction occurred between 2019 and 2021, with a total investment of approximately EUR 76 million.

The park consists of three technically advanced halls designed for warehousing and light manufacturing. Both the construction and technology meet the highest efficiency, safety, and sustainability standards. Thanks to its strategic location near the Hyundai car plant and excellent access to the transport network, CL Park Nošovice represents an ideal solution for demanding tenants in the logistics and industrial sectors.

Park Humpolec

Park Humpolec is a planned logistics park scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The project is located at a key junction of the D1 motorway connecting Prague and Brno, ensuring excellent transport accessibility. The total land area is 100,000 m², with a planned built-up area of 30,000 m².
